I had Plex on a windows machine before and knew how to install unsupported channels via adding bundles to the Plug-In's folder. However, even on a Mac it appears that folder has been removed in the newest version. I have used Go to search for /Library and see, under Application Support, Plex but there is no longer a plug-ins folder. Where would I add my.bundle files? Also, no channels are displaying by default and I am not sure where to add them? What has happened PLEX?! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Plex, like most server applications, is vastly more stable on OS X or *nix. Running it under Windows simply doesn't make sense. Especially if you want to run 3rd party plugins, most of which are designed in Perl or Python for *nix and/or OS X.
There is no Plex Media Server folder now. It is just Plex with the contents of Add-ons, Media, Sounds, System, Thumbnails and User Data. We downloaded a previous version of Plex via the Wiki page and it creates the folder for Plex Media Server with the Plug-ins folder inside. However, because we downloaded the newest version first, we now have a Plex folder and a Plex Media Server folder. I went ahead and added the unsupported appstore bundle to the plugins folder in the parent Plex Media Server folder but receive an error when trying to play in on Plex stating to make sure my Plex Media Server is on. I want the newest Plex Media Server and want the ability to Add Plug-ins as I have in the past.
Specifically, SSPlex and Unsupported App Store. What could be happening? Any recommendations of how to do this? @[email protected] said: I have the same issue. I am running Mac OS Sierra with latest Plex Media Server installed.

There is no such folder to install the WebTools.Bundle required to use the unsupported App Store (Libary/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins). Could anyone please help with this? In Finder, select Go, Go to Folder and enter - /Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins (you’ve necro’d a very old thread here, not actually related to your issue.)
